Dr. Jane made history as the first female Chairperson of Kenya’s Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB) currently Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA), since its establishment in 1966. Under her visionary leadership, she spearheaded groundbreaking reforms that culminated in the landmark Gambling Control Act of 2024, establishing Kenya’s first national Gambling Regulatory Authority and modernizing regulatory oversight across the industry. Her innovative approach to governance includes:

Led the seamless transition from BCLB to the new Gambling Regulatory Authority.
