Under the strategic leadership of Dr. Jane Mwikali, Executive Director at Pinnacle Leadership Hub, two high-impact capacity-building initiatives were successfully delivered.

First, a five-day intensive AI Training Program was conducted, specifically designed for youths. This program was fully sponsored and delivered in collaboration with a team of skilled facilitators, equipping participants with foundational and emerging competencies in artificial intelligence and digital innovation.

Second, in partnership with Kingdom Envoys Ministries, Dr. Mwikali together with other distinguished facilitators successfully led the Executive Leadership Training. This initiative provided ministry leaders with advanced leadership capabilities, strategic insight, and strengthened institutional capacity.

Across both programs, Dr. Mwikali’s commitment to excellence, empowerment, and collaborative leadership continues to produce measurable impact, enhance organizational readiness, and shape leaders prepared for the evolving demands of the future.
